A
coarse aggregate, resulting from the separation of deleterious components from natural
gravel. The particles are sized from 1
1/2” (37.5mm) to #4 mesh (4.75mm) and were formed by the natural disintegration of
numerous types and colors of rocks by glacial or river bed action into primarily round
particles. |
